The firm is built on a simple premise: clients benefit most from direct, partner-level advice delivered by a lawyer who combines deep Austrian and international tax law expertise with the commercial fluency of someone trained across multiple jurisdictions and transactional environments.

About Clemens Willvonseder
Clemens Willvonseder
Before founding W Tax Law, Clemens spent nearly ten years at the leading Austrian law firm Binder Grösswang, and from 2021 onwards served as a partner in the firm’s tax team.
Clemens began his career as a research and teaching associate at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien) and then worked as an associate at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg before joining Binder Grösswang in 2016. He also gained professional experience through several internships, in particular at Deloitte, at different international law firms in Vienna, at Erste Group Bank AG in New York, and at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg.
Clemens is the author of various publications on Austrian and international tax law and is a frequent speaker at conferences and professional events.
